I have been extremely happy with my scooter. The original order was no longer available and the dealer automatically gave me a new updated product, for the same price of what I ordered. I am very limited in walking, try to walk some in order to keep my back muscles strong enough to walk. But when I am in a lot of pain or just having a worse day than usual, this scooter is wonderful. I can ride it out of the house and down the ramp very well. We live out in the country and our driveway is gravel rock. So the scooter does not do as well on uneven ground. That could be just because of my spine and hip problems, but it hurts to get jostled around. I recommend it for even surfaces. I love that you can charge up by hooking to the front shaft and don't have to remove the battery pack. I also enjoy that the seat will swivel to get off of it easier. I like the headlight and that it can be adjusted to what angle you want.I would recommend it to anyone.

OMG. Where has this been all my life! Easy to put together. Easy to take apart. Fits nicely in my Ford Taurus X crossover. It's too heavy for me to lift in and out of my car, but, I don't travel alone. So that's not a problem for me. I've used it at stores, around my house (gotta watch those sharp turns down hallways as I zoom from room to room). I'm looking forward to using it on day trips.

This scooter changed my life for the better. I cannot walk long distances and cannot stand up from a low or regular chair. This scooter solves both problems. It is simple to assemble though the individual parts are still a bit heavy for us older women with fair to middlin' backs. It is comfy, easy to steer (and surprisingly agile). When I ride into a room, I can turn the seat sideways and use it rather than a chair from which I may not be able to stand.
