I use this every other day now. When I first started, it was a daily routine. Painful initially. Now mild discomfort. I enjoy doing it. My big toes have straightened out nicely. I would definitely recommend if your bunion is not severe and/or present for a while.

It does what it's suppose to do, hopefully it actually works in the long term, I like to add something in between my foot while I slide this into my toes. The object in between helps separated my feet so my toes can be stretched without much effort on my part

This is great....I wear heels all day. So as soon as i take off my heels I stretch my big toes and it feels awesome... I’ve been stretching my big toes for years and I do not have bunions and I wear high heels daily. Easy to use.

Does what it says - you can get a pretty good stretch from this contraption. Not sure if does any long term good but I don’t think it hurts.

These were a godsend! I was away on vacation and had slammed the ball of my foot in the bunion area. It caused my big toe joint to swell and the big toe to push sideways onto my next toe causing extreme pain and muscle spasms. It was terrible!
