Extremely comfortable! The best pillow i've ever had. By allowing the gap for the shoulder it really helps get a comfortable position for sleeping. No more neck ache with this pillow. I highly recommend it for side sleepers!

I was skeptical about this pillow at first but I must say, it's worth the money (which isn't much at all). You can adjust it to your liking so that you're sleeping on it dead center, on your side, or with your arm under. I had significant neck/shoulder pain that ultimately pulled on my ribs from tightness and within a week of using this pillow, it's gone. If you suffer from neck and shoulder pain try and see if this works!

Had a vitrectomy on my left eye. So I have to stay on my left side to heal. My backs been hurting so I found this U pillow at a great price. Fluffy and has a good hold. I like hugging it also. And plus the shape keeps me from fully turning onto my back while I sleep.

This pillow is much harder to sleep on than the previous one used purchased a few years ago. The foam is different and the stitching much tighter. It is going to take a while to get used to. Currently have gone back to using previous one. Apart from that this type of pillow is a great design.

I keep on needing to take more of the polyester fillling out from the head area. But is great to snuggle with when sleeping on my side. It just needs a bit of playing around with to get the filling just right. Maybe more memory foam instead of polyester would help. But i am still happy with it.
