I am in my seventies and as I age, I have a harder time getting my socks on. I have had a knee and hip replacements which makes it harder to bend and reach my feet. I was managing until a couple months ago but now need assistance in getting my socks on my feet. I really like the convenience of just pulling the sock over the sock aid, slipping my foot into it and pulling on the straps to secure the sock onto my foot!

Yes it does work although I was on the verge of throwing it away. It comes without instructions and I had to go to YouTube to establish that I was using it upside down. I have recently had a hip replacement and can't bend but would recommend this but needs to have instructions with it.

My husband wears 12-4E shoes and the regular sock aid was too narrow. This one is a little too wide but works for getting dressed after his spinal fusion. It's nice that it can be used one-handed.
