Bought this for my daughter who is off at college with 3 roommates. She is notorious for setting her alarm early, sleeping through it, yet waking all 3 roommates. I love this alarm clock. I'm usually a very deep sleeper, but sometimes have trouble sleeping since I am afraid of not hearing my alarm and oversleeping. The powerful vibration shakes my entire bed waking me up gently rather than an annoying alarm clock blaring in my face.

She places it under her pillow and says it is a gentle awakening, it doesn't 'frighten' her awake. It has never failed and she feels like she has gained her independence back by being able to wake herself up when needed rather than relying on a neighbor or REALLY loud alarm noises or music. She has recommended this clock to several friends - love, love, love it!
