Of course the concept is smart. It is a bit harder to teach an elder with alzeimers but it is getting better. Have to keep explaining that it is easier to hold spoon with full hand instead of three fingers. In all great product, exactly as advertised and arrived in perfect condition.

My husband loves this spoon! It arrived a few days ago and we are ordering more. Due to his head and neck cancer, they had to remove the facial nerve on the right side of his face and it makes eating very difficult. He said this spoon makes eating a lot easier and enjoyable.

I have carpal tunnel and arthritis in my hands which makes it very difficult to grasp utensils and grip onto things. Eating was a struggle until I purchased this item. I don’t have to grip onto the spoon so tight or twist my wrist to eat any longer. Using my fingers is difficult most days which is why this spoon is a great product for anyone who has problems with their hands. Works fantastic!
