At first this pillow felt very alien however I did find that I had really really good comfortable sleep if I persevered, I’m used to a big puffy temper pillow and I switch between the two sometimes but this pillow really does support your neck and shoulders, I carry stress in my neck and shoulders a lot and if I’m particularly bad I will use this pillow and it does seem to help.

I bought this pillow rather cautiously due some reviews but I am so glad that I did. I had lots of neck pain and my sleep quality was bad with my old pillow, but this pillow has helped with both of these things. I recommend this pillow.

I was in such pain my neck my shoulder an arm an lower right back. I could hardly walk an the pain made me so sick i could not move, sit or anything. The first night i used it I thought this is weird humm not sure , anyway well i will just use it for an hour or so but, i fell asleep on it an woke up pain free. I LOVE this pillow. The traction side is very relaxing to my neck muscles. I have suffered with a whiplash injury for a number of years. Headaches, neck pain like you cannot imagine. EVERY DAY! No relief from anything. Not even massage. This pillow did it. The traction side is very important.
