This is a great little contraption. I have a little dog who won't take tablets and has to have them long term. She is very food orientated and this crushes the tablets to a fine powder that I can mix with her food - problem solved. Thank you

I have a very old chihuahua that takes a lot of pills everyday. We couldn't get him to eat the pills even if they were wrapped in ham. We got this to crush his pills. We put that in his dog food. Now we don't have problems giving him his medication. This is a life saver for him.

Well, this device crushes the pill to extreme powder. Much easier to swallow, though kinda gross tasting.

My wife and I don't need pills crushed, but our dog does, once a day. This little gadget does the job easily and thoroughly. It works by inserting the pill and turning the red top so that, through the miracle of screw threads, the pill is reduced to powder. Nothing could be easier. (The large space in the lower part is to store pills.)

My Shih Tzu is a very big part of our life, etc. and we are very particular with EVERYTHING from vets to meds etc. This pill cutter is GREAT! We do not give him pills in any capsules as the "volleyball" begins. We empty any powders as we open pills or crush the solids with this gadget. We mix the pills with a low fat cream cheese and peanutbutter paste and he LOVES it with no headaches for either one of us lol. I have been using this pill crusher for several years. The only problem that I have found with them is that if you drop them on the floor the bottom cap covering the pill holder area will break. As for crushing pills I have not had a problem. I just had the first one strip out on me but I use it for about 5 years before that happened. I have ordered several of these over the years and they have all worked well. The only reason I have ordered serveral is that they were hard to find and I wanted to have them on hand. I normally use them on smaller pills but the now have a few pills that are hard to crush. I figure that is why the older one stripped out.
