The device has a button feature on one end of the stick which feels quite stiff and requires significant grip strength to push down on which may be a significant challenge for some. Stick is also a reasonable length for use.

I had surgery on my right hand and my left hand is pretty much disabled from time in the service. This gadget has a larger and a long enough shaft so I'm able to reach and copy a more natural motion. I suspect this would also work wonders for those who may have obesity issues.

A great help after spinal fusion. Allowed me the dignity to handle things myself. Tried another brand/style that I paid twice as much for which ended up being useless. This one is much easier to load, use, and has a longer reach. My only criticism is that the release button sometimes sticks.

I have found this device helpful when you suffer from arthritis and need assistance with range of motion. I have used it for its intended purpose and with a wash cloth to help bathe. It is easy to keep clean and helpful.

More expensive than the green and white brand, but MUCH easier to use. The toilet paper stays in better. Never could get the paper to stay in the green one! I do wish they had better quality control. One of the ones I ordered didn't close enough to grasp the paper. Another lacked a spring! Still thr best though.

Working as a home attendant with a handicapped client is quite a task, a specially if they are unable to go to the toilet by themselves, this tool can be very useful in that regard, it takes a few seconds to load paper into this thing and then you don't have to dig your hand into clients behind, when done you can release paper with press of a button & load new one, definitely recommended.

Before having a back operation I had been struggling too wipe my butt due too collapsed discs. But after my op to help fix them it was nigh on impossible. So I tried this. I m 56 and didn't really want to buy this. BUT I'm glad I did it's been amazing. The release mechanism is a little weak but apart from that it's great

this is my second toilet aid i got 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs toilet i have arthritis and have had my left hip replaced need my right hip replaced as well this aid has let me carry on being a little bit more independent. i have short arms and struggle to wipe my bottom after going to the toilet and using this aid helps to clean your private parts up . i would say it takes a while to get used to using it you will get your own style to use it some of the cheaper toilet are not so good too use

Works far better than the 2 most expensive brands - both of which I owned, and both of which have broken and been replaced with this one. For about the same price as one of the expensive ones, I bought 3 of these - one for each bathroom, and a 3rd one to take with me in my rollator.
