This item i purchased when my dad had been bed bound for 3 months and his muscles needed to be rebuilt so I would use it on his hand and arms along with legs and as time went on he got stronger and was able to move and walk on his own again.

Item arrived a day early, which was great. My grandads wife recently had surgery and is taking longer to recover than expected. Unless you have it secured to the floor somehow, it will move when you pedal. Good if you use it, like anything, but prepare to stick it to the floor somehow. Great seller, easy transaction.
