This is the migraine relief I've been waiting for! I've suffered from migraines for twenty years and nothing seems to help, resulting in far too many days and nights of constant, debilitating pain. All of a sudden I come across this mask and it helps relieve the pain SO MUCH! I keep mine in the freezer until I need it, and while the cold lasts only about an hour, that's enough to help make my head feel better.

The mask itself is a very soft and comfortable fabric. The strap that secures it is thin and comfortable, but stays put. The beads inside the mask give it just enough weight that it is comforting. The absolute BEST part is that you can put it in the freezer to chill it. Talk about a sweet little treat for those nasty headaches or even if you just have some puffy eyes.

I would definitely recommend this even if you don't have "eye problems". It's very soft and has beads inside that massage your eyes AND you can freeze it for headache/migraine relief or just for a cooling sensation as you fall asleep. I love it!

The pressure on my eyes feels comforting. I use one at home and keep one in my travel bag for when there is too much light in a hotel room. I also keep One in the freezer in case I have a migraine - they are very soothing when my head aches.

Got this yesterday and threw it in the freezer (in a zip lock as suggested, and I agree with them and highly recommend!) for a couple hours. Pulled it out and laid down with it on for a bit. It arrived at the right time, I am fighting a fever off and on and last night I was miserable. When chilled this perfectly fits and cools your forehead as well as your temples and top of the cheeks all while not smooshing your eyes.

I love this mask! I have chronic migraines and they can happen on a daily basis for periods of time. This mask has been the only thing that helps at times. I can lay down and put this on and mold the beads inside to put pressure on just the right areas to give me enough relief to fall asleep.

I experience frequent migraines and headaches, and my work requires being on a computer all which is really hard on the eyes. This mask helps with sleep and with relaxing after work, not sure if it's because it's weighted but it has helped improve sleep and decrease pressure/pain around the eyes, which for me has =less migraines and headaches.

For me this is a great product not only for sleeping but also for sinuses. Put this baby in your freezer in the morning and when your ready for bed just place it over your eyes and a good night sleep here I come.
