I was worried the gel would make the seat to cold for her as she is extremely temperature sensitive, but she loves it. I find her happily passed out sitting up on the couch now which she hasn't been able to do for months now. I imagine she will continue to use this cushion even after she has regained some of her own "padding".

I’ve tried a few orthopaedic seat cushions I suffer with coccyx pain this is the only one that gives me comfort when sat in a chair be it a car seat- or office chair it also works fine in my arm chair at home which many don,t work in soft arm chairs

Great pillow! I had high hamstring tendonopathy, which was literally pain in the butt, I have struggled to drive my car and sit at the office chair. That pillow help me so much! Even though my pain is gone now I still use it for driving and sitting in the office. Help to keep posture a lot.

Initially trying it leaning on the couch seemed very hard, put on the car seat instead is great! I am in the middle of an acute phase of a bad sciatica caused by herniated discs and with this pillow I can sit without feeling too much pain both in the car and at the table on a regular chair. I recommend it!

Purchased for husband who had a painful coccyx for using on sofa which is reasonably firm. However this has a hole near the rear and getting the right position was difficult. I eventually found the one I purchased in the late 80's which sloped and had a more V shaped at the back of cushion which he said was more comfortable. However the quality was good and I am sure individual people may differ from my opinion depending on their complaint and size.

I use it in the car 7/8 hours a day and I feel good. Raise the seat by at least 5 cm x me that weighs 65Kg but just lower the whole seat and position it well. I had some pains underneath and some prostate problems I found an improvement.
