I am in my seventies and as I age, I have a harder time getting my socks on. I have had a knee and hip replacements which makes it harder to bend and reach my feet. I was managing until a couple months ago but now need assistance in getting my socks on my feet. I really like the convenience of just pulling the sock over the sock aid, slipping my foot into it and pulling on the straps to secure the sock onto my foot!

Used this after a hip replacement. It's very easy to use on socks of all sizes even ankle length which are especially hard to adjust on your own after surgery.

At first it doesn't look pleasing to the eye that this contraption can do anything useful. But when you actually try to use it, I think you'll agree that if someone doesn't want to bend to put on a sock, this is indeed the solution.

My husband received this sock slider as a gift because he was having trouble putting his socks on because of severe back pain. It actually works surprisingly Good! It was really easy to pur together and took a few tries to figure out, but after that it was a breeze!!
In my opinion it's well made and the grips on the bottom are a huge help. My husband, that wears a size 13, was able to fit his foot through it. And the tool that comes with it to take socks off is a HUGE help! It also comes with a little paper guide that shoes you exactly how to use the products. We are very happy with this product and definitely would recommend it to family and friends.

This product works really well! The pieces are very easy to put together and assembly takes little effort or physical strength. Once assembled, you really do just place the heel of the sock into the heel-whole on the device and cuff the top of the sock over. Then it is ready to slip your foot into and the handle allows you to hold the device in place while you slide your foot through. When you're done, the handle easily unhooks then doubles as a shoe-horn. So cool!

This thing is amazing for people with any kind of disability or injury! My husband had a stress fracture in his knee and could bend to get his socks on. Who wants to go 6 weeks without socks???! Thank god for this thing. Yes it's a bit difficult at first but they have videos on you tube and tips on their website to get used to it. It really is nice to have on hand for those situations.

The sock slider is very useful and does give pain relief. It is easy to use but does require practice at first. Once you have mastered the technique you quickly feel the benefit.

Stick isn't real useful but works as a shoe horm or removal tool. My brother was so happy to put on his socks. Just slip top of sock over and place your foot in. User is 62 and has frozen shoulder so no need to reach and pull

I have used this after both my most recent spinal fusions. I wish the VA would use these. It gave me more independence and didn't have to rely on others as much to get dressed. I love this and would recommend it to anyone with back or hip issues

Got this after a hip replacement when I was required to wear compression socks but not allowed to bend more than 90 degrees. I live alone so putting the socks on was going to be a real problem. This device truly lets you get compression socks on and off with out violating the 90 degree rule.

I didn't expect to be this happy with this item. I am a DIYer and can usually make something more tailored to my needs than those offered for sale. I tried the rope and curved plastic but that really didn't work for me. I need to put on ankle socks and can't bend down to do this. The sock slider works perfect for me. I can easily put on my socks without help. The one negative is the shoe horn/reacher does not work for me. I got a reacher and a long shoe horn from the Dollar Tree that work perfectly
