Fantastic arch support. Really comfortable and I really don't notice it after first time of wearing. It really makes a difference and I noticed feet not quite as tired after a long urban walk in my boots. I now have bought a few to put in each of my shoes. Get them!

I have purchased these before and found them very comfortable to use. So easy to swap between shoes/boots. I needed another pair to place in my slippers as I find without them my feet become very painful. These insoles have helped me enormously to alleviate the pain I was experiencing before.

I aggravated my Achilles tendons at work and my physio suggested putting heel raises in my boots to help take the load off the Achilles. These brought instant relief. They are soft enough to wear all day and didn't move.

Love these inserts - especially for the price! I have overpronation in just one foot (due to pttd). I needed support with a high arch, yet comfortable for both feet. I have custom inserts as well as removable inserts from shoes and I am always moving these to whatever shoe I'm wearing due to the comfort and support. I'm getting ready to purchase another pair to save me the hassle of moving them around.

Support for my high arches means the arches don't flatten, and my knees don't torque inwards and down, too much weight :-( , and my knee pain is gone (all as my doctor explained when he advised me to get arch supports to "cure" my knee pain).

Haven't been to doctor to determine the cause of the sudden pain in my heel (Covid -- yeah, not risking that!). So it occurred to me that a new insert might help, especially if it were designed to give relief for heel spurs, etc. Went immediately to look for one. It arrived two days later. What a relief! Definitely has made it easier to walk! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Probably all a doctor could do for me anyway, since I am allergic to cortizone medications of all types! Great product. Highly recommend if you have heel spurs, etc.!
