This mug works well, I was skeptical at first. I use it every morning at work and the stirrer is actually pretty strong, it is fairly loud however so if you're in a quiet office setting be prepared.

This mug does a nice job if you add sugar and milk to your coffee or dump in a hot chocolate packet into hot water. It's a nice way to freshen up your drink while on the go.
