I’m slowly recovering from a painful back injury that includes moderate sciatica. My physical therapist strongly suggested that I support my lumbar area when sitting in my recliner. I’ve tried several different pillows/ cushions but none gave me the support plus comfort I was looking for. Other lumbar pillows I’ve had never did the trick. I've been trying to find a cushion that would make my car seat more comfortable because the seat forces me into slouching with a forward-rounded shoulder area. This is a narrow cushion that fills in the bottom and center of the back of the seat and supports my lower and middle back while allowing my upper back to lean backwards against the seat in good, straight posture with my shoulders back.
