I've had a prolapsed rectum for 35 years. As I've gotten older it has become more and more difficult to replace after defecating . This lines things up, allows less prolapsing and makes defecating almost normal.

Many yrs ago my Gastro Dr. suggested raising the knees to ease w/constipation & it works for me. When I saw this I figured that's what the Dr. had in mind. For yrs I've been using a child's chair in the bathroom but this scoots out of the way.

It works well to raise your legs and open your bowel better. I know, not easy to talk about but it is true. It is about 1-2 cm too high for me but that is just personal preference. Not in the way when not needed, the form makes it great to lean against the toilet. Doesn't slide around on the floor. Good sturdy quality.
