I have no dislikes of this product. It works great for a twin bed. Make sure you measure from the floor to the top of the mattress and compare it with the item specifications. I purchased this for my elderly mother.

That I bought another. They've worked out very well. One is at the head of his bed (left hand) and one is on the other side further down (right hand). So glad we got them. They also keep the bedding stable and offer a spot to put a blanket if it gets too cold.

This is a product I so recommend to others. I am 77 yrs old and was struggling to get in and out of bed. I found this on Ausnew Home Care and ordered it. My life has totally changed. I use it to get in bed and especially to get out of bed. I weigh ( a little ) over 200 lbs and this bar is so sturdy and strong. My daughter put it together ( that’s a first ) so easy. I’m even thinking of getting a second one for the other side of bed when I get paid. I love it. One happy grama

I had lumbar fusion on my lower back which required something stable to use at bedside to help me sit up and also when lying down. My bed is 30” from the floor to mattress top. My son made a small platform for me to step up on so I wouldn’t have such a difficult time sitting up on the bed. These rails were the perfect solution. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased this for my husband who recently had a spinal fusion. His recovery instructions stated no twisting so getting out of bed was very difficult for him. This bar was a life saver for him. It helped him to lift himself up out of bed much easier. He said he didn’t know what he would’ve done without the bar to help him. The bar is very sturdy and was easy to put together.

The rail appears to be of high quality, is sturdy, easy to assemble. After spinal surgery my husband needs it only to hold onto when getting up or lying down.
If it were needed to prevent him from falling out of bed, the highest position exceeds the top of our mattress by so little that it would possibly not prevent a fall. For customers with mattresses less than about 40cm high, this is an excellent product.

I used the Adjustable Bed Rail to help my wife continue her rehab following an extended stay in ICU. The rail is easy to install, adjusted to the king mattress, and the legs added stability. As she grows stronger the rail will help her balance while standing by the bed.

I'm very happy with this bed rail. I bought it for my mom and it is very sturdy and the cushioning around the handle is great to keep her from slipping when pulling herself up (not to mention comfortable to grip). I had previously purchased a different product for my dad and this product is far superior. It was easy to assemble. It also comes with a pouch you can attach to the bed rail which would be really handy for various items someone wants to keep in close reach during the night. My mom is not using that as of yet, but it is nice to have when she does decide she needs it.

My father is 82 years old with Alzheimer’s and is terminally ill from cancer. He’s not quite at the point of a hospital bed yet, but close, and getting him in and out of bed had become increasingly challenging as he is weakening. After his last hospital visit I purchased this rail and it has been the best solution ever, just what was needed. It gives him something to grab on to as we help pull him out of bed and as he lays down at night he has something to hold on to.

My husband falls out of bed time to time, I bought this for my peace of mind. There will come a day when he will want to use it, pride will take a back seat just like coming to terms with a cane did. I purchased this because the price was right, I did a trail run and put it together sturdy enough to satisfy me. Reasonable enough to keep in a closet so when he says you were right I will have it at my immediate reach, and is not taking up a lot space.

Product was very easy to assemble and quite sturdy. This was easily put together with excellent instructions. I was stunned at how heavy and sturdy it is! The bars that go under the mattress reach so far that there is no way this will be wobbly. Better by far than the ones on a hospital bed. The strap to secure it to the base is great but not necessary for stability and we were afraid it might interfere with the adjustable feature of bed. Going in for my 4th spinal surgery I knew this was essential if I am to avoid a rehab facility.

Game changer for me. I had spinal fusion surgery 2 months ago. I would not have been able to get in or out of my bed without this. It’s VERY sturdy which was surprising to me because it just fits under the mattress. I can foresee using it for months because it’s very low profile and not obnoxious to look at and not only does it help me get in and out of the bed, I use it throughout the night to help turn and reposition. A MUST HAVE on the short list of things you cannot live without after surgery.
