After using this the very first night, I could feel dramatic improvement the next morning. I am 70 yo, 5'1" female, 138 lbs. I am a side sleeper. I have osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis and no cartilage on right knee. Spent almost the entire year 2020 in pain. At times I could not walk without a cane. This pillow somehow seems to have realigned my hips and knees in such a way that when I get out of bed in the morning I can actually walk! It stays in place when I roll over during the night. I will say I am somewhat aware of it but it doesn't keep me awake. At times I have to struggle to find a comfortable position.

The product looks just like the ad. I am a side sleeper that has lower back pain in the morning. I picked this shape because my chiropractor recommended a pillow shaped like an hour glass to help my back. I also chose this pillow because it had a strap that can be adjusted to your leg or completely removed. I have been using the pillow for over a week and my lower back feels much better in the morning. The strap keeps the pillow attached without having to be adjusted when I turn over but I have never used another type so I assume the strap is a plus.

Well made, the strap is a MUST. Without the strap, it ends up who knows where? I no longer have a lower back ache when I get up in the morning. If you are a "side sleeper" you won't regret getting this.

Very comfortable. Waited a little while to write my review as I wanted to be 100% sure what I wanted to say. I find it has helped me with all my sleeping issue. The strap is hardly noticeable and with it, the pillow seems to always find the right place. I have to adjust up or down sometimes. But it’s a huge step up from any pillow I had used before. Thank you and I would recommend this purchase to anyone!!!

I was planning on cancelling my order as my sister bought one for me on the same day but delivery was so fast that it came the next day morning. I was planning on returning one as I don't need two but after using it one night I loved it so much that I decided to keep both. It is very comfortable.

This is the best knee pillow I've found. This works perfectly for me, since I am a smaller person. The foam is much denser than others I have tried and as a result, the foam in the center doesn't get flattened. I really like the adjustable strap to help keep it in place. It also works well if you want to have it a little higher on your leg, such as right above the knee, giving your knee more room to flex/bend. Overall, a good product at a good price.
