I can't say enough positive things about this wheelchair! I love it! I use it mainly outside on the sidewalk, driveway and in the yard! It has amazing power but I do have to go rather slow in the grass due to yard lumps which jar and hurt my bad leg. The chair is solid, well built and well worth the money.

The scooter has a 250 lb capacity & I weigh 240. She still gets around like a little champ. I'm only 5 ft tall & my legs fit perfectly. If you have longer legs you'll need to adjust them somewhat. Overall, I absolutely LOVE my Vivian (yes, I named her).

Delivery was much faster than expected! I got it in two days. Had no trouble putting it together. Fits in my van very easy. I've only had it a few days so still getting used to it, but we took it out three times and it is awesome, on pavement, on grass, trails, and in the mall. It goes up hills like a breeze. Good power. It is nicer than I hoped for!

This thing is amazing. It has opened up a new world for my father with dementia. It can be set to go faster than I can walk, so I can get a good workout when we take off from the nursing home together. We have gone to local craft fairs, to the lake, out on trails, and to doctor's appointments. So far, we have used it for about 3 hours at a time, going up hill on a paved trail, and it has never even shown any decrease in the battery charge. It's tough, quite stable, and easily goes across grass or dirt. We have the 4-wheeled one, which I think is best for out of doors. I keep it in pieces in the back of dad's RAV 4, and it takes only seconds to put it together.

The scooter is perfect for getting around outdoors for my father. He is able to navigate over the yard to pick up broken branches, get the mail, and go around the neighborhood meeting neighbors. We live in a golf course community, so there are good sidewalks, etc., for him to get around. It has increased his interest in getting outside again and increased his independence. It's definitely not good for use inside - it's large there isn't enough room in our home for it to be effective. But for the outdoors, it's perfect. I plan on getting a ramp for our SUV so we can take it with us when we go out.
