Real quality and lots of features. Love the dial up speed control since I often ride while my spouse walks. I can match her speed perfectly. Top speed is good since I only go in the community. I weigh 230 so ordered the wide seat but didn't need it. I have really enjoyed my scooter.

Bought this for my wife, so she could get out around the neighbor hood and she loves it. It goes up to app 4 miles per hour which is fast enough but not to fast and it was easy to adjust it to her. We plan on taking it to a trip and give it a real test which I am sure it will pass. I am hoping they come out with softer wheels you can buy I would be first in line.

We bought this for my mother and it has given her back her mobility and independence as she can no longer walk very far due to illness. My mother weighs less than 150lbs and finds the chair comfortable, easy to manuever and has never had it tip over but does takes care to avoid extreme uneven surfaces. It has gotten stuck once in deep gravel but that was an unusual surface. We've taken it mall shopping, grocery shopping, Doctor appts, and now during the pandemic for 3 mile neighborhood rides 2 or 3 times per week.

At age 80, I'm just beginning to be comfortable with the reality of not being self-sufficient any more. This scooter is fun and it inspires me to go out and do things. Take it to Walmart, Costco, the mall, the Grocery Store and many other fun places. Battery life is good, steering, speed control all work just as you would expect them to. I ordered both a front basket and a larger one to go behind the seat. If you would want to take your scooter along when you go shopping etc, I recommend getting a carrier to go on the back of your car. With it you can be independent and have more fun.
