This tape is superb. It has stopped our rugs moving on our carpets, the mat by the front door (also on a carpet) and the mats in the car.
Just bought a second roll to secure the mats in our other car.
Very good and would recommend if you want your loose mats and rugs to be fixed in place without moving.

Bought this tape but not for carpets so can’t comment on that! I actually use this tape for securing wood to cnc machine so that I can mill the wood without using clamps! Works a treat for this and a few other odd tasks that I have thought of! Probably works a treat for carpets as well and if i ever use it for such, I’ll come back and update!

Not the cheapest of tape ,but if you make sure there is no dust on the back of the rug or floor we’re you are placing your rug then you will get a good adherence; I have used three lots and this is the only one that’s stuck

Needed to stick a rug onto a carpet. This was perfect at stoping the edges of the rug curling upwards thus avoiding a trip hazard! It’s very sticky which is good for its use.
