It is freezing where I live … so when it arrived today it was ready to go. I put it on and immediately felt the wrap around coldness and firm support. It blocked out all light and I fell asleep right away. How nice it was to feel relaxed enough to fall asleep.

My daughter suffers from migraines. It broke my heart whenever she had one and some lasted a long time. She takes all kinds of things from medicines to vitamins and they help but only so much. It is so soothing on the eyes and across the forehead where my head,pain seems to really be bad. The material is soft and stretchy very ccomfortable. I may look weird in it but it really helps.

My wife has migraines pretty much all the time. They are usually small, like normal headaches, and occasionally explode into the big, life crippling kind. So I’m an attempt to ease her pain, I bought her one of these. I liked that you could make it cold or hot, because sometimes she wants either temperature depending on how severe the migraine and where it hurts. The first time she put it on, she told me it pressed on all the right places and knocked out her small headache instantly.

This is WONDERFUL. Don't skimp on this - splurge on THE headache hat. The gel is great, is flexible, stays cold for quite some time, very stretchy fit, but snug enough for compression. This feels so good on, I'd love to wear it even when I don't have a headache!

I bought this for my wife.. she has migraines / bad headaches and ringing ears.. This helps her a lot and even provides some gentle pressure on the face and eyes which many people find soothing. Its a nice product. She keeps it in our fridge as opposed to the freezer. It works better for her that way as the freezer makes it so cold it's sort of like getting a headache from hitting a slurpee / frozen drink to hard.

I just put this on 10 mins ago and it did what my muscle relaxer, tylenol, and pain spray couldn't do - finally gave me some relief!! I did put this on right after a shower with wet hair so it's incredibly cold but feels amazing. It's very comfortable to wear while laying down.

This eye mask is very comfy and soft. It is Heavy enough for the right amount of pressure around head. I suffer from pressure headaches and this head wrap is the only thing that helps me. I bought more than one so I can alternate them from the freezer.

I use this when my head hurts so bad I can't do anything. I get in the tub of super warm water and then put this on over my eyes and rest. It goes away in about 30-44 minutes. I thought it was a fluke but it's worked both times I've done it.

As a long time migraines suffer, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. I have spent a lot of money over the years trying to find a product that would provide me with a comfortable cold pain relief during a migraine. Cold has always worked well for me, but most products have not.

This is what I settled on. I truly love it. It is open at the top but if I have a migraine up there, I just adjust how I wear it. I love that it covers my eyes to completely block out the light. Even after it’s no longer cold, I still wear it as the slight compression (SLIGHT, not painful at all!!!) feels really good on my head. A hundred thumbs up!
