I work at an office, so most of my day is spent sitting in a chair. Although I try to be conscious of my posture, I tend to slouch. I noticed I was having discomfort in my back, and wanting to find a solution, But anyways I found this pillow and I can tell you this is a simple, amazing, affordable product. So far, I like this as a way to keep my sitting posture ergonomically correct at the desk. This lumbar support replaced pillows that I used for my desk chair which I constantly had to re-position.

I got this for my office chair at wok. The company refuses to get us new chairs that have even close to adequate back support & this helped a lot. My chair usually leans back and can't be stabilized to sit upright much, this back support has been helping me stay upright and I feel like I'm sitting up correctly. I'm so glad I bought this!
