Bought the seat for my mother, when adjusting the legs the push button fell into leg and I had to fish it out. It also is not level. I made sure all the caps were pushed in all the way but it still wobbles a bit. Did not have this problem with an older version in the same bathroom, so it's not the floor. My mother is a larger woman and she said it could be wider. It does wipe off easily and doesn't appear to have any parts that will rust.

After hip replacement twelve days ago, I am so happy that I chose the this raised seat with safety frame. Right out of the box, I clicked the leg extensions on and put it in my small utility bathroom. It fits perfectly.

This product is sturdy and easy to install. I would recommend it to anyone who is recovering from any type of leg surgery. I would have given it 5 stars for installation- but I could not use it as my toilet area is to narrow. Their customer service is very understanding and willing to work with you. Would definitely buy other products from the in r site.
