This is a really good, substantial, well made seat which I have found to be perfectly satisfactory. One good point which is not clear in the description and doesn't show in any of the pictures is that the back leg is cranked forward so that the seat sits comfortably on all three legs where there is a ridge in the shower base which protrudes a couple of cms and so would prevent a stool with a straight back leg going fully into the corner. This is important for a small shower cubicle.

This is a brilliant idea and the only sort of stool I could get into my small shower with inward folding doors. However it won't push completely into the corner. No fault of the stool but my shower tray has a rather wide sill. Even though the top of the back leg is cranked forward , if the distance is more than 6cm diagonally from the corner to the back of the foot PLUS an allowance for the scooped tray side, the stool has to stand forward of the corner. I can still get it in contact with one side wall and it is firm enough for me and will go to a really good height.

I am very pleased with my purchase. As soon as we opened the box we adjusted the height of the legs and this was easy to do then I tried it for size in the shower cubicle it was easy to carry and stands perfectly without my knees bashing against the shower door I previously used a different style of shower stool and had to be like a contortionist preparing to safely sit on it so I am very happy with my new purchase. And would recommend it.

We have a small semi- circular shower cubicle and it was very difficult to find a seat that would fit. This one is perfect and nestles nicely into the corner and leaves plenty of room to stand up and wash. The seat is comfortable and does not slip.

I bought this as I’d had a op and was unsteady on my feet for a while after. I had also piled on the pounds too which didn’t help. I only have a shower and I bought this so i could wash head to toe. I was a bit dubious at first ad it is lightweight and I did wonder if it was robust enough. Well,it is and it lets me sit under the shower and use the intense spray on tight shoulder muscles so would be good under a power shower I would imagine. It is easily adjustable and goes quite high so if you are tall theres no worries there. I use it in a rectangular shower cubicle which is 1000mm x 800mm and it is fine. It will take up more room in a square cubicle if it is 800 x 800mm so take that into consideration. Would recommend.

Love the sturdiness of the seat. It is very light and fits in our walk-in shower. It would be nice to have it in different colours. White and clinical is not a good look. If you were to have a choice of colour we would order more. And maybe a shelf under the seat.

My wife had a shower stool free from social services but it was made of some metal which rusted and eventually covered the floor of the shower with a rusty brown stain. I returned the stool and lashed out on this replacement. The reviews were good and the good ones are true. The stool is very light and strong being made of aluminium and can be adjusted to suit a person's height. Perfect.
