Easy to assemble and get ready to use.

It goes everywhere I need to go! I have a dirt driveway and hills where I live and it does great!!

Assembly was straight forward and Owners Manual and Instructions were included. Everything was as described on-line. This is a quality product and represents an exceptional value

This is a very nice scooter and easy to manage. My mom is 85 and loves it.

My husband can get around in the house and be more independent which is a great help.

She loved the having the ability to go on excursions without much help from me. After both days still had plenty of battery left.

I highly recommend this very sturdy very stable very comfortable and I feel very safe with it.

He is able to get around without any issues now and the battery lasts for a little more than a week!! I'm happy with my purchase

The battery is the heaviest piece, and usually takes both hands to lift, but is still manageable. It's fun to ride, the seat needs a cushion, but I consider it an excellent buy! Well worth the money!

My leg was in a straight leg brace and I was able to keep it straight in the scooter. There was plenty of room for my other leg so if you are tall and can bed your knees I think this scooter will work great for you.

Outstanding performance. Very easy to take apart and assemble, takes about 4 minutes ! Very stabile even on grassy areas and gravel parking lots ! Controls are very easy to use !

Speed is excellent as is steering. Oh, and of course, it is quite comfortable.

This is a heavy, well-built scooter that allows our grandmother to access shopping centers and long walks for the first time in years.

. I have had it approximately 1 month or so and have been using it in my development only. Live in a townhouse development so traffic light. Sidewalks can be bumpy so I was able to ride on new paved streets. Tried it on grass and held up well.

I was seated in it for about 9 hours a day with comfort. I was the shopping bag, backpack and coat hauler because I felt so sorry for my families tired feet! HAHAHAH

It really needs a basket to put drinks, small purchases, etc in. My husband is very happy with it.

All in all, you can't beat this purchase. It's a great deal!

I had several grandchildren to take places like the zoo or the mountains and beaches and anywhere, but I felt I couldn’t anymore my self esteem was gone, my independence was gone, there was no such things as shopping with my girlfriends and such anymore.Then after much back and forth I got the Scout and my life changed, I feel like “I’m Back” it so easy to assemble, it’s small yet adjustable to your height and all,

I believe that I purchased this chair around four months ago and it had been worth the money to my mom. She uses it everyday and loves that she can get around on her own. I recommend this chair...I know it cost more then others but the money will be saved with safety and battery life.

Once received, This scooter has extended my husband’s mobility. First one ordered was lost by UPS, then found after replacement was received. My husband can get around in the house and be more independent which is a great help.

Bought this for my wife who has difficulty walking. Took it on our first outing in Tampa in the botanical gardens and the next day to the zoo. She loved the having the ability to go on excursions without much help from me. After both days still had plenty of battery left.

Great scooter! Got it for my mother in law for Christmas

Very happy with this purchase. I have MS and having difficulty walking any distances. Felt cooped up and unable to get out and get fresh air just to take a walk. I can now which makes me very happy. I have not tried yet to see how portable it is and take it apart to go some where. Do far I am very happy with it.

I've had this mobility scooter for a few months now. It's a quality machine and works well. I use it only indoors in order to keep it in good condition.

I highly recommend this very sturdy very stable at high speed that goes faster than you can walk you have to run to keep up I've given a picture of my brother on this scooter just to show the scale he weighs 240 lb and it carries him easily up hills and all along the trails much better value than the more expensive scooters and built I think to the same quality we bought the extended life battery and we've had this scooter for quite a while and we charged it once and it hasn't gone below the full Mark yet if you have someone that needs a mobility scooter please buy this one comes apart goes in the back of any small hatchback or trunk of most cars easy to carry you don't need to buy a hitch for the back.
